Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, orders require production time before they are shipped.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping. Most orders are produced and shipped within this timeframe, although fulfillment times may occasionally be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

• United States: Typically 3–8 business days
• International Orders: Typically 5–20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Frugal Garden is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with trusted fulfillment and shipping partners, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.
